Default Plans for new hood and rookie stripes

I was looking at the cervini stalker hood and rookie stripes.

I know I've been posting in here a lot but it's too much fun doing these mods, and after the sequentials I got I began looking at hoods and I really like the look of the cervini stalker hood, so naturally, I have some questions.

First, should I get a shop to paint on the rookie stripes when I take the hood in? I like the matte black look of vynal and they are small so it might not be worth it to paint them?

Second, this hood has a ram air option and I don't really care for it. Is there any problem with using a ram air hood without the ram air part? As a side note how is the quality of cervini hoods? I'm assuming it's pretty good for the price.

If your talking about the 2 stripes over the front fender wells, those are called "pit stripes" not rookie stripes

I heard them called a lot of things but thanks, anyway, vynal would be best for them right?

Vinyl. Vinyl. Vinyl. Spelling **** is in the house.

as for material, paint would be best but alot of people do vinyl too.

Cervinis makes great hoods, although Im not a fan of the stalker, if thats what you like go for it.

The Ram air kit is a waste of money.

New hood will definitely wake up your car!

Install I can do. The paints the problem. I'm debating the pay cervinis to paint or have a local place.
