I honestly don't know, the original owner had it done. I'm the second owner. Its not that dark so, I'm sure its within the law.

Thanks.. It was a sleeper prior to my hands. Had no stripes and had stock rims. I wanted that aggressive look so, I added everything cosmetic. I'm in the process of changing out the clutch now to a Exedy Mach 600 Stage 3 Clutch.
