Ive got a candy apple red 09 PP and Im thinking that I ought to get a blackout panel when I get back... Question becoming, which one is best quality? I dont want any patterns and I want to leave the emblem exposed... matte black is a plus too or I can always plasti dip the gloss black one from AM... I know Baltimore Street Mods sells a vinyl kit...


Your input/ experience is apprecciated!

People seem to have good experiences with the magnetic one from AM, and I think it's matte black. Might be something to consider.

I use the magnetic ones on both cars. No problems and they look and fit great.

The magnetic blackout panel was one of my first mods a little over 2 years ago. Just took it off this weekend for the time being. It's cracking, shrunk and bubbled a little. Guess you get what you pay for...

If I get another, it'll probably be the honeycomb

I have the Stack Racing one that AM sells. $129.00 ish If I remember. Mine is Redfire, close to Candy Apple so if you look at my pics it will give you an idea. I was on the fence for quite some time as to which one to get. The honeycomb, or the one I have. They are a bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for. A worth while exterior mod in my eyes.

I don't have it, but I have held it up to it (didn't have the money at the time) to the car and it looks AMAZING!!! I would have it but other things keep coming up I want too lol
