Cool Raxiom smoked tail lights

I purchased these tail lights
http://www.americanmuscle.com/smoked...ghts-0509.html
from American Muscle on Monday due to the great sale they had on em, couldn't pass it up.

Got em in the mail Wednesday but just got to opening the box.
They are beautiful and I will try to install them today (and post pics).
One question, it has little rubber grommets I guess you can call them above and below the places you put the bulbs.
You can see them in the 2nd to last picture in the link, what are these for? I assume they wouldn't cause any water in to fog up the lens?

Good luck with those... I went through 2 sets and they kept deforming from the heat of the bulbs... Ended up getting a refund.... But no you don't need those.... They just cover the studs that the bolts go onto that hold the lights in.

Stock bulbs?
Would using led lights prevent this?

Yep stock bulbs. I am sure it would since LED's don't burn as hot as a halogen bulb. But if you have sequential tail lights the LEDs will not work with those! But if you don't then yea LED bulbs will fix that issue!

Yea I am sure! I love how the 2010 style Raxioms looked but like I mentioned above I didn't have the best of luck with them. Maybe its just my car... Cause american muscle said they haven't heard of that happening before, but then again maybe people just don't pay attention to it like me. But if it was my car how come the stock tail lights never bulged from the heat of the bulb in 6 years? Not knocking AM at all but IMO I think they are just poorly made, cheap plastic/lens.
