Default Watch me Repair my Mustang!

Well, bout three weeks ago I rounded a corner, hit a rock with the back driver tire and suffered a blow out. I missed the pole and oncoming traffic, slid off the road, and hit a dirt embankment, launching me bout 8 feet in the air where I rolled and cleared a fence, came back down on the driver's fender, proceed to do another roll in the air, before my stang landed on the tires. Dog and me walked away, bout car needs some help. I will repair him, so thought why not show my progress on here? (Insurance does not pay anything on this, yea out of pocket expenses for the starving college student!)

photos of the crash sight. were the cop is is where I left the road. -.-

well hit the roll over switch. HE STARTS! all fluid maintained, the cars turns on, transmission works, the stereo, gauges, everything works. Both front wheels are broken at control arms, but allot better then I was thinking. Doors have separation, and the driver's seat-belt broke. Opened the hood today. The fiberglass is broken but repairable. here's inside the engine. All things considered, I feel pretty lucky. Frame not as bent as originally thought. and of course, MORE PICTURES!

Glad you and the dog are OK.

That's alot of distance, how fast were you going?

You know the hardest part will be cleaning the stains out of the seat...

WHOA! Glad to hear you and the dog are OK.
Has a mechanic looked at it to make sure there is no frame damage?
Good luck with the repairs!

You'll need a frame machine Son...
That driver side shock tower is pushed in a least 2 inches.
Hope you know what you're doing and have access to a body shop, this ain't a fender bender.
Good luck.

It is good that you & the dog are OK.

Why didn't your insurance cover the accident? A blow out is a road hazard claim.
Didn't you have full coverage?
