New MMD Retro Mirrors Installed
#11
I always liked the look of the retro mirrors (Agent 47's) and I noticed that American Muscle has a version of them from a different company http://www.americanmuscle.com/painte...rors-0509.html. Price was good so I decided to go for it. I'm happy with the paint job AM did and overall very happy with the results.
Not sure how they size up compared to the Agents, but here are some pictures compared to the originals as well as on the car.
Packaged well:

Great choice, I love the MMD Retro Mirrors! They change the look of the entire car by getting rid of those big bulky stockers! I'm glad you're happy with the packaging. We do our best to package all of our products really good to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. We also paint all of Pre Painted parts in house and work really hard to make sure they're perfect, so I really appreciate your feedback! Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for your business and loyalty!

The triangular part that attaches to the door is a little thicker on the AM ones vs Agent 47
The stalk between the mount and the head of the mirror seems a little more stout and has less of an angular sweep on the AM ones.
The head section itself looks shorter front to back on the AM design.
Overall, I think they look pretty darn good.

[QUOTE=2007CalSpec;8037856]The front of the Agent 47 mirrors also come to more of a point.
Yep, agreed.
The AM one's also don't seem to have the visible mold line that appears on the front of the A47 stalk section.
I think they're both good choices.
