my mustang is 08 convertible
if I change seat cover from 2011 mustang, it would be fine?
or need some fabrication?
is there anybody did it before?

It will take some adjustments because the head restraint is very different between the years. I don't recall for sure, but doesn't the 2011 have rear head restraints like the 2013? If so, then you don't have them in your 2008 so more adjustments to make the seat covers fit.
