Default new front end idea

So I was involved in a accident last Saturday night after I collided with a deer. I was going about 70 mph and the buck jumped out on my drivers side. I slammed the breaks and turned to right lane, but it wasn't enough to miss it. Ended up hitting it with my drivers side front, messing up my halo lights, bumper and fender completly. Thank god for insurance. Body shop guy is basically giving my sixxer a new front. Getting a gt bumper this time and I've got an idea about the grill. Thinking of getting the center fog light grill and then getting the delete kit from American muscle. I'm not really wanting the fog lights, but think this could look ok. Ill upload pics of the wreck and then the new front when I get my car back

He's getting a refurbished gt/cs bumper that way it'll cut the cost down a bit. I have a fender ding on the passenger side where a truck backed into it, so he's fixing that and repainting. Insurance is covering the costs so the entire car will look basically brand new with the paint and new driver side fender and hopefully the gt/cs bumper. I'm not too picky at this point, as I just want my car back lol

I'm sorry to hear about your Mustang but I'm glad to see you weren't injured or anything along those lines!

It sounds like you definitely have some cool ideas with your build. Keep us posted with pictures and everything, I look forward to checking out the finished product!

Hit me up if you have any questions!

Here's an update guys. My insurance is taking its sweet time getting back to me about the quote. So far its looking like I may not get to upgrade to the gt or gt/cs bumper like I wanted right now, but there's always income tax season. I'm still wanting to do a fog delete style grille. Found one on that has the fog light grille and harness for around $250. My question to yall is: cheaper to just eat the difference and buy either a refurbished gt bumper and just buy a center fog light grille since I'm not wanting fogs? Found one for about 200 on cl, and the grille is like a $100. Opinions?

Exactly....unless its badly damaged and will need body work, to the point the labor costs add up to more than just buying a new one.

Update: car in the shop this week. Takes a week to get it back. Just went with the base v6 front bumper. Entire car is being painted. He's really putting a lot of work into it. I just ordered a gt500 rear spoiler and going to put it on when I get the car back.
