I've tried using the search feature but can't seem to find the information I'm looking for.

Does anyone know if the 2012 head rests will fit into a 2005 seat? I know the actual foam headrest is a different size/shape, but assumed that the head rest should fit in the seat since they appear to be unchanged.

I ask as I have a set of 2014 seat covers with new back foam coming from eBay and am going to recover my seats. I know the 14 head rest covers won't fit on my 2005 head rests, so I was thinking about upgrading the head rests.

Thanks man. I recovered the seats this weekend. Turns out the headrests are in different spots, so they aren't the same.
