Default 05-09 My color gauges (possible conversion coming)

Hey guys, I am tired of looking at my green dash so I have been looking at doing the my color dash conversion.

I have researched and found the switch I need and the cluster but I had a couple questions about the conversion.

I already have the wiring behind the dummy plate.

the switch is easy to find but the cluster is a little harder
I have found the OEM part number is

7R3Z-10849-GB

new ones are easy to find for about $400 (ouch!), so searching ebay I have found a 7R3Z-10849-GA

The best I can figure that the "GA" version is the 05-06 and the "GB" is the 07-09 version.

First question. does anyone know the difference in the 05-06 and the 07-09 clusters? is it the TPMS? do 05-06 have the low tire pressure warning light?

I wonder if the 05-06 version will work in mine but I would lose the low pressure light?

Second question for the guys that already have the my color.

Does it change the color of the other interior lights? Like the climate control or door locks?

The best I can figure from the years of searching S197 part #s is...
The 7R3Z is the year designation. The 10849 is the part #.
And the GA or GB is the revision level of the firmware.
Either cluster should be able to be 'module configured' by
the dealer to work properly with your mustang and its 'as built data'.

There is more of a difference than that. The TPMS put a whole
new firmware revision and such. I dont think a non TPMS enabled cluster
would work...

No, the associated color changing LED hardware dose not reside inside the climate control or door locks...

You really do not want an 05 or 06 or mid year 07 cluster as the
stepper motors that control the gauges have been known to go out frequently... This was addressed mid year of 07 production run and 'fixed'
