Yes. The dash set is from the GT500. I think base vents are black also and IUP vents are silver.

So the GT500 steering wheel will fit in a GT no problem? I'm also looking to upgrade the interior of my car and though my steering wheel is in decent shape, it does have some wear so I have been wanting to swap it out. The GT500 steering wheel looks so good.

It will fit. You just have to splice some cables inside to get the horn and cruise control working, but other than that it fits perfectly.

For anyone looking at doing this, here is a write a fellow forum member wrote up recently.

Here is another question for you, with the GT500 or Boss 302 steering wheels they have audio controls right? I have an 06 GT without audio controls on the steering wheel. Would you be able to make the audio controls work or not?

05-09 models did not ahve any audio controls. Supposedly you could make it work with a Ford factory navigation unit. Not sure about the Shaker 500/100 head units though, but the same connections are available on the factory wiring harness. The link about shows you how to install the steering wheel and connect up the audio controls to a aftermarket head unit. I will be attempting this later this summe whn I get some time. I have all the required pieces to do it.

Gotcha, now does the airbag from the 05-09 switch over to the 2010+ gt500's or the Boss 302's steering wheel? Or would you have to get a new airbag as well since it looks like most steering wheels don't come with them

You can use the air bag from your 06. They are exactly the same and use the same connectors.

Interior LEDs (Blue shown on my car here):

Or some interior acrylic pieces:

Two suggestions that are fairly inexpensive IMO, but make a nice impact
