I saw this post Raxiom made on Instagram showing off their gen 5 tails and this guy had this decklid and I have thought about doing this for a while but never really knew how to. Decided to take the plunge and do it. I used some cheap vinyl off of the bay (got what I paid for, would recommend buying 3M or a better vinyl) and a emblem which I thought was bigger, looked like a 99-04 grille emblem (was wanting a bigger one) but it worked. Once you get the faux cap off there was all that glue and that was a PAIN. Would defiantly recommend using goo gone or a similar product. After all that's off you just lay the vinyl down and use some mounting tape on the emblem and slap er on. Fairly easy honestly and I must say that it was worth the trouble. I may upgrade vinyl later on. Bought gloss vinyl and it looks more matte than anything.

this is more of the RTR style which I liked but you can see the two holes left behind :/

and obviously the NFS style. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone thinking about trying it!

Yeah my sisters 4 banger 2 door. It's her first car. Mine was a freaking 1997 Maxima and hers is a 2011.... But whatever. I'd take what I have now far over my last two cars.

My first was a 2006 Cobalt. I'm lucky I didn't die in it with all the GM recalls lately, so here's to moving on to bigger and better things.
