GT Front bumper on V6 Foam Absorber
So I am putting GT bumpers on my 09 V6. My main question is the front bumper. Can I get away with using my v6 impact absorber foam or do I have to use the GT foam???

I did this swap about 8 years ago. It's a shame all the images are gone and the links are dead...
There was a difference between the foam pieces; the GT foam was a tad higher, maybe to raise/tighten up the bumper.

Yeah I had went into the links but all the pics were gone so there wasn't a lot of info there.
I am going with a GT bumper, CDC aggressive chin, Roush spoiler upfront, GT rear bumper, 3dCarbon rear valance, MMD Retro mirrors.

As for the rear, I think you're better off going with a GT/CS style rear bumper instead of the GT bumper + 3DC rear valance combo ($300 + $225 = $525 at AM). It achieves the same/better look (factory fit and appearance) and it's overall cheaper ($390). At the very least, the 3Dcarbon valance also fits on the factory V6 bumper, but you may need to cut out the exhaust ports (use a dremel) and it would need to be painted (unless you're into the matte thing).

How would you use a CDC chin spoiler and a Roush chin spoiler at the same time?
