Hopefully this Mustang will have better luck than the Hood did.

USS hood was severely damaged by M5 in "The Ultimate Computer" TOS episode.
which is basically the last you see of this Constitution class ship. My decals
are ISS, the Mirror Universe..

However, the USS Hood was listed as destroyed while in battle with the Tomariians
in the TOS Novel, "Black Fire." All these novels must be approved by Paramount,
and they become a permanent part of the Star Trek timeline, which is why they're
so hard to get published. In the Prime Universe, USS Hood had an average service
history, as we know, nothing beats Enterprise...

Am I to assume you know what happened to the ISS Hood, in the Mirror universe?

I love watching the different Star Trek series. Lately we have been watching Voyager, trying to catch up on all the episodes we missed years ago. I have heard of the Mirror universe stuff but haven't taken the time to indulge it.

Mirror Universe:
Fact is, the ISS Hood was destroyed by M5 along with the Lexington
during their battle simulation when M5 malfunctioned. M5 accessed
their computers remotely, and set their self destructs, boom...

Enterprise, watch the two episodes "In a Mirror Darkly" parts one and two, you
don't need to see any other episodes, just TOS episode "The Tholian Web."
You really don't need to see "Mirror, Mirror." Anyhow, you'll see how the Empire
leaped ahead and was able to become the dominant race by stealing the Defiant
from the Tholians due to; not only did the Defiant pass through the interphase,
but went back in time.

TOS, one cross-over episode.
TAS, there are none.
TNG, none.
DS9, there are a few cross-over episodes.
VOY, there are none.
ENT, two.

TAS you ask? "The Animates Series." Yes, the cartoons...

faction in the Galaxy.

Not into Animates. I prefer real actors Vs cartoons or computer generated actors. However computer generated backgrounds and battle scenes are cool. I got TOS (The Original Star Trek), TNG (The Next Generation), DS9(Deep Space 9) and VOY (Voyager)....but what is ENT?

ENT = Enterprise. Takes place 80 years before TOS; Scott Bakula is Captain Johnathan Archer,
Captain of the Enterprise, NX-01. Four seasons, ending with a TNG tie in, for Archer...

Enterprise also explains the Human Klingons; the Augment gene they experimented
with (From the Eugenics Wars mentioned in TOS in Space Seed) turned them Human,
and became an airborn pathogen when it mutated and attached itself to an alien virus.
This threatened their entire race, and turned almost half of them Human looking, but
were still Klingon on the inside. They did come up with a cure, but we're to assume it
happened sometime after the events in TOS, because Kang, Koloth, and Kor were all
human looking in TOS, but were back to good ole' ridgehead klingon in DS9. The Klingons
were exterminating their Human counterparts, so Dr. Flox had to come up with a cure, he
was abducted by the Klingons to do so, before the research station was to be destroyed.

The series of events starts with "The Augements" - Enterprise, and I think has a total
of three episodes on the matter.

Trials and Tribblations, the DS9 Episode, Worf only touches the subject, and says
they do not speak of it. I think he sad something like, it is a long story, and they
do not speak of it... Enterprise tells the story...

Enterprise wraps up a few things left open or unexplained in TOS, and they actually
pulled it off. Enterprise also introduces the Andorians..

Oh, I forgot "Discovery", that totally goes its own way, a total mess. It does not follow
ANYTHING from TOS let alone any trek cannon, and takes place ten years before TOS.
CBS totally screwed everything up with this new series. Spock has a sister now, and
they said there will be flashbacks with Spock, yet the season finale', the Enterprise meets
up with Discovery. Well, if they keep with trek cannon, Lt. Commander Spock, Science
officer, is on that ship. Captain pike is in command, and Aston Mount will be playing Pike,
good choice though. Has the same facial features.

Oh, and Discovery has DEEP Mirror universe ties, but you don't find out till much later.
HOWEVER, someone accidentally put the ISS Discovery dedication plaque on the
bridge set before you find out the who and what, and so on... So, people knew
ahead of time there would be Mirror universe events. They filmed a section 31 scene,
for the last episode, but it didn't air. You can find it on the net though.

Season 2 of Discovery is in production. You can only see it on the CBS Stream
service, but the season premiere aired on CBS. Great effects, good story, but
they changed way too much at once, and the way they did this was as if it took
place in the Abramsverse.. The klingons are totally different, their ships are
totally different, and they have cloaking tech ten years before they're supposed
to. You see way too many other alien species, and some you're not even
supposed to see till TOS.

The entire plot, the spore drive, is based on a science that has already been proven
false in 2015, our universe, about tardigrades, let alone it all of the sudden works in
the future? Big science blunder...

On top of that we have never, EVER heard anything about this propulsion system in ANY
series or movie, now all of the sudden? So, the entire ship and crew must all be part of
Section 31.

Good write up. I did watch Enterprise when it was first aired. Too bad CBS wants to charge for service, I mean I have Netflicks, Amazon Prime as well as Hulu. Don't want to pay for another service. Hopefully they will be picked up by another streaming service.

You can get the Discovery episodes from EZTV as .MKV files, for PS4 or XBOX One, or use
MKV2VOB to covert for PS3.
