Default Indiglo dash light problem

Roush dash lights are Indaglo (electroluminescent) and they died on me, I hated the look anyway, looks like a cheep 80's watch.

Is it possible to just replace the indaglo with LED's?
Or would I have to get a new cluster, change the overlay.
And can you just swap the eprom for the odometer?

You should just be able to replace the lights. The overlay is what makes the lighting
effect.

Arg, I'm going to check the connectors and fuses but I'm going to have to send it in to get fixed unless anyone can suggest something else.
There is an indiglow film behind the gauge face with a transformer attached to the back. Its either the transformer or the light film it self.
Looks like it was repaired in 2015 by the original manufacture Simco.
