Buy a $500 pickup and throw the boards in the back.

Then figure out how to put the rear seats down, or you could set up a tow hook, I'm sure the transmission could handle the weight of a trailer and only a few boards, other than that you'd have to get a roof rack.

I will laugh SO hard if I ever see a roof rack on a new stang.

Yashar, I know what you mean! I love boarding too, but it's really impossible to fit more than two people with boards in the stang at a time. I don't even bother to fold down the rear seats; I just angle the boards into the back (which might not even work with a longer board -- I like real shorties like 150cm).

Maybe a third person could sit in the back and hold the boards? I usually just bug my friend who has a Saab wagon! Gotta admit that his car handles much better to and from the mountain as well...

You can fold your passenger seat all the way forward or all the way backward and run the board crossways between the front and back seat (dunno how big your board is). Other than that.......look at the back seats. If you see some little strap loops on the top outter most corners of the seats....pull on one. If your backseats still fold down it should click out and fold forward. Hope this helps some.

To fold the rear seats pull the fabric loop near the top of the seatback. Unless it's a vert then they don't fold.

Another possibility is buy a removeable bike rack for the trunk and secure the boards to that.

btw I live in NY and the stang is my only car. It does well enough in the snow with stock tires just a little hard to get moving from a stop. That said it is really bad in lake effect snow (packs into the treads). So if you are going to drive in snow a lot get some snow tires.

Have fun!
