My New 06' GT
 

Well I achieved a 4.2gpa this semester (I'm a sophmore in high school) and my parents got me a brand new 06' GT as my first car. I guess the last 5 years of me looking at only mustang magazines got the point to my parents heads that I wanted a mustang lol. My dad is driving it right now because I don't even have my license yet. We've had it one day and he is already considering putting a supercharger in it lol. I guess it brings back memories for him. Well anyways here it is:

I like the options you chose.
Careful with that bright cop-magnet color, especially if you put on the supercharger.
Man, my first car wasn't that cool, but hey, a 4.2 gpa is awesome.
Let us know who ends up driving it more, you or your dad.

LOL my dad said the same thing "cop-magnet". My b-day is in August so he'll probably be the one driving it most until then, but when I get my license i'm going to install a retinal eye scanner so i'm the only one who can drive it lol. The great thing is that its stick so my mom won't go near it lol. Yeah that 4.2gpa basically took away my social life, but it was definetly worth it.

Just in case your wondering why my parents got it now when my birthday is all the way in August, its because my brother just recently totaled his BMW (he didnt get hurt) and he needed a rather large car to put his work stuff in so my dad bought the mustang so my brother could use his explorer. He also probably bought it now because he wants it for himself for as long as he can get it lol.

My first car was a 1986 dodge aries K, top speed: 62MPH... Never got in trouble though.

Gee when I was in high school I worked at McDonald’s and bought a 10 year old 1956 Oldsmobile. Are your parents paying for your car insurance too? How things have changed. That sure is a beautiful car.[sm=boohoo.gif]

Congrats man! I bought my mustang my second year of college, but I wasn't lucky enough to have my parents buy it for me. The mustang is an awesome car to have when you are young. If you don't have a girlfriend right now, you'll have one when you start driving that car![sm=smiley20.gif]

awesome dude! congratulations on obtaining a beast of an automobile! im 17 and have one just like it, but silver, with different rims.......same everything else tho..............have fun with it, dont wreck it lol, and damn if ur dad puts a blower on it, well then ull officially be the coolest kid on the block haha.

haha so im not the only one with a brand new gt for their first car lol

allsi gotta say is be careful with it man, my mom thinks i obsess over mine a bit, but i park it out in the back of the parking lot away from everyone else, i back into all my spots so i dont hit curbs, i clean it every other day... lol
