Default Convertibles with eibachs

I wanted to buy eibach prokits for my GT vert, but eibach's website says that they are in development. I know that some people already have the eibach prokits on the verts. You guys must have used the coupe prokits, right? Some people say that the coupe ones will fit the vert and other say that they won't. I know that the size of the springs will be the same, but the spring rate between the verts and coupes is probably different because of the difference in weight. Did any of you vert guys with eibachs have any problems with the coupe springs? Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing .
Looks like there's not too much interest from other 'vert owners ?

I am a Vert owner that is interested. The Eibach prokit does have a separate stock number for the Vert. I saw it somewhere but I cannot remeber where. I am still undecided on how to tackle my suspension. If I find it I will let you know.

I was going to try them too. I'm still trying to decide though....ok fine I don't have the money yet!

I really like the Eibach/Tokico DSP combo. But, for the next year I am stuck in NE Ohio and the roads suck, coupled with snow and my VERY steep driveway. I may wait until I move to Texas to make my move on suspension upgrades. In the meantime, I will throw a set of Roush rear springs on the back to get rid of the 4X4 look and wait until better roads and better weather!

I think Tire Rack is just trying to sell the coupe springs as convertible springs. That's why they don't show a part number for them. On Eibach's website they have a downloadable car application guide, and that is where I found the different part number for the vert pro-kit springs. They have I/D written in the place where it shows the amount of drop and I found out that this means "In Development" from one of Eibach's distributers. I hope it doesnt take long for them to develop them.
