Can someone explain to me what all I would have to do (exhaust wise) to my 06 GT to make it sound kind of like this goat?

Some race cams and side exhaust. This car by blow-by-racing sounds similar.[sm=insomnia.gif]

Personally I perfer the Cervinis side exhaust to the BBR, while the BBR sounds good, no doubt, it stinks that they don't provide a rear valance cover. Also the look of the Cervinis double tips looks much better as well, heres a vid I posted of my car a little while ago, it will give you a good idea of the sound if the Cervinis exhaust, add some cams and your idle rumble should be the same!

Yeah yours definitely sounds better than BBR's. BBR's is too raspy. The Cervini's exhaust has a much deeper, throatier sound.[sm=smiley20.gif]
I just posted the BBR video because it had the cams and side exhaust.

That car has a moderate bit cam in it for high rpm (more lift and duration) and open pipes as well.

Harley's have a lot of cam and think of the way they idle. That loping idle is due to the cam lift and duration.

You would have to seriously modify your engine and run open pipes; neither of which will probably pass a state inspection!

Hope this helps.

I heard some people advance the timing a bit to get a slight degregation, which sounds a little like a racing cam (or, is it backing the timing off, I can't remember). All I know its not very good for daily driving but helps at the track if you want to squeeze a few more HP out of her (Don't some of the hand held tuners allow for timing adjustments?).

Personally I like the straight up sound of a stang with a plain old aftermarket exhaust mod without the low idle cam lope. Did you notice all the rackett the 'Blow by Racing' engine made... Sounded like he needed a valve and lifter job, not being a professional mechanic type, that would drive me crazy lol, just kidding, "to each his own". Anyway, everyone that posted vids, great job, IMO they all sounded awsome, and yes, so did the Blow By Racing Stang!! Just busting some bawls. [8D]
