Holy Smokes SKYMEDIC that is actually the exact wheel and the same color the car that we ordered. And now my wife has seen your picture and it looks as though she may be getting the 20's Is your car lowered at all and if so with what? And how much? Also any rubbing issues and what width are the wheels? I am very interested in all the details of your car. Not trying to copy you as we have had our minds made up on wheels for a long time and I already have a large pile of goosies wating to go on the car upon it's arrival.
I am having a very hard time talking her into 18's after seeing yourcar. Simply gorgeous.

dude, 20s look nice but they are a harsh ride....I went with 18x10 and 18x9 rims and 285-40-18 and 245-45-18 tires....deep dish bullits....gives it an aggressive stance with the offset and I think looks like a true muscle car
Got pics?

Richard,

No, the car is not lowered, thats what it looks like with 20's. NO rubbing issues that i have noticed. One thing you have to do, is Ford puts these round rotor clips on at the factory, so you have to remove them before putting on the wheels. usually they just have one of them on each rotor, you will see it as soon as your wheels come off.

The clearance is very close on the wheels to calipers. Looks awesome, and boy do I get tons of looks and people coming up to me at the gas stations to chat about it...

20 x 10 rear, 20 x 8.5 front TSW Mondellos, 315/35/20 rear, 255/35/20 front TOYO Proxes tires. No rubbing, not lowered, don't really feel any difference in ride from stock, corners like a raped ape.

No offense but idk why you'd put those rims on a Mustang, esp the new models. It's like retro style meets MTV's Pimp My Ride haha. But to each his own

Ok, here you go. Foose 20's Nitrous, Nitto NT555 tires 255 front, 275 rear. Rides great, looks amazing. The only thing I have noticed is a little more road noise than the stock ones. This is an 06 GT with Roush Kit, C&L CAI with SCT tuner.

I really like the look of your car,
I am tossing the idea of 20's back and forth myself.

That pisses me off that you would say that about someone elses choice of rim. "Why did you put that on a mustang" BECAUSE IT IS HIS FUC*ING CAR JERK. People like you should be lined up and shot. Maybe he is not looking for the "retro" style. The car is not really retro. That is just a catch phrase to sell more cars. If I met you in a parking lot and you said that to my face, I would kick your A$$ right there on the spot. Big mouth and opinions online dude, weak sauce.

You even laugh at him and then say to each his own...

I live in the Seattle area. I hope you do to.

Not cool to spit on a man's ride...

Scaught chill out man, thats worse that you would try and pick a fight with him online in MustangForums. You picking a fight with him online is even worse than him putting someone elses ride down. Everyone has their opinions and that was his. A lot of people enjoy 20's and his opinion isn't going to stop or harm peoples opinions on what they truly like.
