Truth about exhaust...
 

I have had my flowmasters on for two weeks. I am already sick of them. They are weak and sound like (bad word insert here).

Tell me right here and now, axel back... Money not an issue, what do I order tomorrow? There are so many choices. too many really. I have listened to 25 different sound clips and cannot decide. Mac? Burla? Loudmouths? just to name a few. I want to hear the car as it should be heard. I want it loud and clean. the flows sound dirty...

What does Scaught buy right away???

I'm trying to decide between the Magnaflow and Borla cat-back myself.

Nothsa, that sounds bad beyond bad. any drone around 1700-1900 rpm like the Flows?

I just got my mac's about a week ago and am more then pleased with the sound. I think they really make the car sound the way it should.

i have the slp loudmouths......they sound bad as hell.....i culdnt imagine the car getting any louder.....im kinda used to them now..from the inside....but this weekend i let my cousin take out my car so i could hear them from the outside.......WOW..i was shocked..i couldnt believe my car sounded so good .......just so you know.....the videos online dont do it any justice..you really have to hear it for yourself.....best way is to probabaly take off the flows and listen to your car with no mufflers since the loudmouths are just straight pipes that are legal.....

One again...my three choices...Three posts. Three people who love their exhaust. The Flows??? I hate them. Disapointing really...

Another vote for the Borla Cat Back. I installed mine this past weekend and the car sounds amazing. Deep, growling sound. There is a drone right about 1900rpm if I recall ( I don't notice it really, I like some drone). The burble off-throtle is awesome too.

SLP Loudmouths hands down. No drone, easy to install, relatively cheap, and holy fuc/<ing shiat batman, they sound bad as hell.
