Default Painted/unpainted 3d carbon spoiler

I wana pick up the 3d carbon ductail spoiler, but am unsure if I should purchase it painted or unpainted. Of those that have purchased the spoiler painted, was it a quality job?

Thanks.

IMHO, Get it unpainted, then take it to body shop for installation and painting. Since you are in Houston, I recommend Team Ford in Humble. Ask for Carlos and tell him Ron sent you over.

I ordered mine pre-painted from tuningsolutions. Using the "best offer" feature on ebay, I was able to get it for a little over $400. The only body shop near me quoted me about 200-250 just for painting, so I chose this route mainly for cost reasons. Also, because the spoiler attaches with double-sided tape, I'm not worried about having a pro drill the holes for me.

My spoiler was shipped on Wednesday. I've been tracking it on UPS and hopefully I'll get it by this weekend. I'll post pics once I get it installed; sorry I don't have them for you yet!
