i live in qatar, about a 1 hour flight from you, anyway about the money. the country makes such a profit from charging businesses (especially oil companies) for the use of their land that they literally give it to the citizens as the government doesnt need the excess. now im not sure thats what goes on in dubai but i know thats how it works here in doha

actually to be honest all of the ARAB countries are very well off and they all love their cars. its the PERSIAN countries that are war torn and struggling

To our Arab friends, thanks for the much needed clarification about your ecomomy and a little info about how you guys operate. It certainly is an eye opener to me and I'm sure others but we are all happy that you guys are in a good position and happy despite all the recent happenings.

i havent been to dubai for a couple months, but i saw three today here. one of them actually had GT500 stripes and badging. i guess the 'themes' and 'tributes' are pretty much a world wide thing now
