Anyone know about the full glass roof??
I have been hearing about a glass top roof that will be available for the new stangs, it is supposed to just fit right in place of where your metal roof is now ? Anyone see this?

cdc glassback- supposedly will be 2500 installed- but final release not yet...I looked over their display car(the red one) at Columbus swap meet a couple weeks ago, install looks good- he explained the roof center is 'unstressed, and the outer 'stressed' portion is still under there- the glass comes clear out to the black seam, but theres actually a few inches of steel underneath- the interior trim panel gives it a truly factory look inside...heres a link-

I think it would be awesome to have one too!
But I would be absoloutely LIVID if someone went to really
mess with you,(like mac10chap is having) and cracked the roof.
Fact is, you have no choice but to constantly replace it if a large crack comes along..
I feel sooo bad for mac10chap!

Will they have the same protection as a metal type roof if you are involved in a collision or roll over? If not who will you go to in case you are injured by flying glass?
