Annoying subtle noise in driver door
I have a 2006 GT and when I don't have the radio on I hear this little annoying noise in the door while driving. But if I am driving on an extremely smooth road I don't hear it. However if I am just driving around regular roads I hear this annoying noise that's subtle but yet I notice it. It is like a creaking/rattle/loose something...I don't know what it is. Anyone have this type of problem. It's like there's a loose plastic or something strange.

Have seen this complaint a few times on here, if its a big problem just go to the dealer and have them fix it. Or if you want to you can just take the door panel off yourself and check everything, but why go through the hassle when you can have Ford do it? Thats part of what you payed for.

RE: Annoying subtle noise in driver door
I figured it out. This noise was not in the door. It sounded like a fly/bee stuck inside a can of soda. It was under the seat. There were a couple of cables or wires or something and I just moved them around away from the leather seat contraption and the noise went away.
Thanks for responding.

RE: Annoying subtle noise in driver door
I have one... I traced it down to the Drivers Mirror... simular sound... like a bee stuck in a soda can... happens on bumpy roads or when I have the base cranked on the radio and the DJ is talking.
Something inside the mirror.
