Default XCAL2 Features/Tunes

I'm a newbie when it comes to tuners. Does anyone know what the Xcal2 tuner can do? I know you can get a special tune made and loaded based on specific mods made by the owner or speed shop. What other things can you adjust? Here is a list of things I would like to know if the Xcal can change, or not;

Timing, adjust
Redline, adjust
Rev Limiter, eliminate/adjust
shift points, adjust RPMs
Octane Choice
MAF, adjust

Anything else that is not listed above? Also, anything that is listed above that is NOT included in the parameters of the Xcal2 capabilities?

Thanks.

XCal 1 or 2 can adjust virtually every parameter in the computer including all of what you are looking for. However, octane is not a parameter; the required octane is dictated by the tune typically the timing is the one thing that requires additional octane. If you have never tuned a car using a similar device then you should use an experienced tuner to make changes.

The biggest advantage of the XCal 2 over the original is the ability to read DTC's and datalog.

Also, you will not be able to adjust the drive by wire unless you attend the advanced training from SCT.
