My Pro 5.0 Shifter Squeaks Going Into 5th....
Well I get a nice long squeak out of my shifter when I shift to 5th, any ideas? It's still smoooooooth and engages real nice it just squeaks! Any help would be great, thanks!

When I shift into 5th, I'm usually giving it everything I have to get it into that gear. It pisses me off. Anyways, have you checked the rubber seal to make sure it is sitting correctly? It could be a rubber on rubber problem. I can't imagine the noise coming from the tranny or any metal parts.
