Close call with a cop, and spoiler defect (Pics)

Close call with a cop, and spoiler defect (Pics)
Today I was out cruisin' and had a close call, cop followed me for a long time then finally pulled a U turn. He was looking for anything to pull me over! Between sweating palms and setting cruise control I found time to snap a pic.
Also, on an unrelated note, I noticed a very small defect on my spoiler today. It's like a hump, like the opposite of a dent. I just bought this car a couple days ago, and didn't notice this as it is very hard to notice unless the light is just right. In fact, it looks much worse in this image than it actually is. I highly doubt the dealership will do anything to help me with this, but... suggestions?
