i actually really like that - especially if its just a bolt on on the existing holes, thats a quick job.

yes, they use the existing holes. probably won't be able to get one till june.

Just wanted to let everyone know that it DOES NOT HAVE ANY BOLTS! I put one on my car and it covers up the bolt holes from the factory spoiler and is held on by 3M tape, that holds like no other tape I have seen before. I can tell you that you get one shot to put it on and once it is down you will have to cut it off if you want it off.
