Well i just got my license the other day and i'm planning on going to a ford dealer tomorrow to check out the mustangs. I was just wondering that do you think the dealers will let me take a test drive in the v6 and/or the v8??

If you are under eighteen you really have no chance IMO; you never know with some people I might add.

Bring your parent,I think its your best shot. They will take you more serious. That's if you are under 18.

I sell Fords. You have to convince the salesperson that you are a buyer, not just a looker. It is common that a teen will shop for a car alone, then bring back a parent on the second visit to buy. Any salesperson who is smart will treat you well and offer a demo if you make them think you are serious about buying. They will make a copy of your lic. and probably call you a few times when you don't come back to buy.

thanks for the info gpg2006. I'm going to be a buyer but i'm trying to get my dad to say yes to sign the papers. I have the money and i will be paying for all of it myself just have to get the numbers and such and show my parents.
