Price Advice

Hello Everyone...
I am planning to buy Mustang V6 Convertible and when I custom made it on Ford website, the MSRP came up to be $ 28340. I was wondering what will be the price change once I go to the dealer? Once I contact the dealer online after building my Mustang online, how much slack time should I be considering before I can go and buy it and get the keys?
One of my uncles is in Ford and he said he can get me an employees discount. Has anyone gotten that? If yes could you please give me an idea of how much would it be.

I would really appreciate your response and any recommendations for a new buyer like me.
Thanks
Mukul

There will be no difference from what you chose to what the sticker will say.

You will be able to find a car thru the deal locator network, it may not be exactly what you want, but close.

If you qualify for your Uncles' X Plans, and you find a dealer that will participate, expect to pay $25,800 to $26,400, more or less.

GOOD LUCK !!!! and keep us posted.

Regardless of X-plan pricing you should be able to get it at or slightly below the invoice price. Anything over invoice, IMO, would be a bad deal.

I had X-plan pricing--- MSRP was $29,050 I got mine for about $26,700(give or take $100). So X-plan for you should be right at $26,000.
