Default bought a catted X-Pipe, do I need a tune?

I just ordered a Magnaflow Catted X-Pipe for my 06 GT, do I need a tune after I install it?

I have done some research on the Magnaflow X pipe with high flow cats and from what I have seen a tune is not required, but enhances it. I spoke to Brent at Magnaflow and he said that you don't need a tune when adding it and it should pick up about 10rwhp on a stock car. When are you expecting it? Also can you please post some sound clips because I have yet to hear it! gl with the install

Thanks for the info.

I have been searching EVERYWHERE for a sound clip of vid of someone with the x-pipe on a 05+ GT, I have yet to find one!

I will get a clip of it as soon as I get it on, I should have it on by next tuesday.

looks sweet. ren274u did either of then say that they could make a tune that would utilize the extra flow better?

Removing the catalytics form the stock H is reported to add about 10HP. This X with cats adds 10HP. Does an offroad(uncatted) X then gain 20HP?
