Perris raceway has FINALLY bought the land behind them and extended their shut down. For those of you that have been there you know how darn short it is. Well it is now more than long enough. Last Friday they had a slew of 5 sec cars down there and it's getting bigger and better every week. They are also negotiating with the boy scouts for some more of their land and plans to convert to a full 1/4 in the next couple months are underway.

will they prep the track really well and have really low entrance fees?

The entrance fees are staying at 10$ to watch - $20 to race. The track is prep is currently one of the best around since all of the fontanna guys are working there while fontanna is closed for rebuild.

Actually it will be in 2 very soon. But that's not the point. I was kidding - relax, take a breath, everything will be alright. Yes, Perris is 'little tijuana' but the track is nice and not crowded and soon will be the only local spot for us with a 1/4 mile on a weekly basis so YES, it is the place for us to hang out. Besides, the crack ****** just might start offering N20 fills...
