Default Removing the front fender liner

Hi, I'm having some trouble removing the front fender liners in the wheel well. The plastic fasteners Ford uses are really cheap and I've stripped them. Any suggestions on how to remove them? Is it ok to just tug really hard at the fender liner to get the plastic fastener to pop out? Any tools you guys suggest I use? Also, where can I buy replacement plastic fasteners? Thanks!

You can buy replacement plastic retainers at any auto parts store. When I removed my clips they just sort of popped out and I used a flat tip screwdriver to kind of push the little ridges in to get it to pop out. Mine weren't difficult to get out but maybe you just have to pull harder

If you have too buy new ones anyway just take a pair of dikes and cut the heads off and push them through, they should fall out on the ground.
