Default Front Bumper/ chin spoiler

So, i was driving on the freeway and there was some long metal tube kind of thing. It was a soft metal and so it was bent up. I couldnt avoid it due to traffic etc, so the metal hooked on to my bumper and i was driving with it hooked for about 30 seconds. So i got out to check what it did, and there are some scracthes and a small hole in the front bumper, also the little grilles (one on each side on the stock bumper) in the bumper are gone. Im trying to figure out what to do. Are those little grilles/covers available seperately? Any recommendations for front chin spoilers that wont be too low? And lastly, i looked under the car to see if everything was ok, but should i check anything that may be particularly susceptible to damage? Any recommendations or advice would help. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone at least know if they make the little grille/covers in the front bumper. Or where i could get that seperate from buying the whole bumper.

What grill covers are you referring to? The lower grill? If so, one piece, EBay. Check the engine compartment skirt that attaches to bumper. Make sure it's ok and still fastened ok. If you are going to have bumper painted, then can go CDC agressive CS and you won't need lower grill; otherwise CDC classic for easy paint and install. I have CDC agressive and it's a full 7" off the ground at the leading tip; looks a lot less (have measured a few times for folks who don't believe it).
