i was driving my friend a few days ago, and she told me that she could hear a sound that sounded like it was comming from my left front wheel area. it sounded kind of like if you were to take a tissue and quicly graze it across your hand. kind of like a very soft swish noise, only lasting for about half a second at a time. i dont think it was comming from the wheel itself because it did not make the noise every time the wheel would rotate, only maybe once every 3 seconds, and only while i was lightly breaking. it is a very soft sound and it is impossible to hear if i am on the gas, or if i am on a street with other cars. however, it still annoys me (even if i cant hear it because i know it is there) and i know ford will give me a big problem before even looking at it


any ideas?

I get this sound from the left front side when I'm slowly accelerating from like 20 to 30 in second gear. Sounds like a faint tearing of paper. I'm sure it's nothing serious.
