Default SCT 05 Mustang GT Automatic Trans Shift Pressures

I have an SCT using the 93 Octane Extreme Tune from Fred at Evolution Performance. I would ask Fred this question, but he is terrible at returning emails. And wont send you your tunes.

So I'll ask the Mustang Forum folks for some help.
In my SCT I'm allowed to change the "Shift Pressure" in percentages.

Running my custome tune I like the way the auto trans shifts from:

1st to 2nd
2nd to 3rd

But would like to change the way the GT shifts from:

3rd to 4th
4th to 5th

Here is what I dont know. This is gonna sound real stupid but......I dont know whats meant by shift pressure exactly.
Does increasing the shift pressure make the auto trans shift harder? And if so, in what size percentages should I increase the value to? 5%, 10% ?

Any help to these questions would be appreciated. I would like the auto trans to shift harder. Like throws you back in your seat. All of this with out damaging my auto trans.

My GT is a daily highway driver 99% (work car), rarely does the car ever go to the city.

Many thanks

i do know shift pressure makes it harder/faster, just increase it a little everytime until you like it. and you cant adjust the 4-5 i believe. plus, youd be have to going over 130 for that shift

The shift pressure that YOU can adjust from the SCT is the WOT shift pressure. The around town shift pressure only your tuner can do. I have both 93 octanes tune from Evo and Brenspeed. Their around town shift points and pressures are very different and no adjustments I've made with the sct were able to change them.

If you adjust the the shift pressure by just 5% you will notice a difference in the WOT feel.
