Picked up my 06 mustang gt tuesday at about 1 30. This car is wonderful. its the most comfortable mustang i ever drove and it drives like a dream. aboslutly happy with everything about the car.

i ordered it on feb 7th so almost 4 months

WOW, I ordered March 7, it was at the dealer May 18, but I couldn't pick it up until May 24 because I was outta town. So, it was like 2 months and 8 days to the dealer.
The regional Ford Rep promised to push my order thru as fast as possible, and I guess they did, based on your wait time.
I consider myself very lucky.

Congrats to you. My GT convertible 5-speed was ordered March 29. It WAS built on May 29th (apparently they were running the line memorial day and that was the date that it was "finished"). It is currently "in transit" and I plan on having it by June 9. I plan on it.....as if it is somehow within my control.......

I really love that Vista Blue, but not being able to get the red interior(which would have looked like crap on the blue) made me get the silver instead. They should come out with a blue interior for the blue, white, and silver stangs. That would look awesome.

From what I've been told they run that line 20 turns, with #21 being repair shift.
