While speaking of stripes, I took my week old baby to my graphics guy yesterday. (he does all of our race cars) We were lookin accross the street at it, and he sez "ya know, that's one gorgeous SOB the way is sits now"

If I were you "I'd drive it like that for a while, then we'll stripe it, and it's like getting a whole new car, all over again" plus my vinyl supplier runs "50%-75% off sales" every October.

Made a lot if sense to me.

That is my plan as well. However the more I look at the car without stripes the more I am leaning to not getting them at all. It just looks so good without them I am not sure I want to trust someone to stripe it.

um...painted stripes anyone?

I have yet to see a vinyl stripe that looked right. Either bubbly, or off center, or not continued down the bumper, or faded, and not to mention that you can't get 'em to shine like the real thing. However it is nice to have the option to remove them.

anyone thought of continuing the stripes in the back window wit darker tint?

incompetent people don't get competent overnight. Don't give the clown a second chance to botch your car. Get your money back and go to a pro if you really want it striped.
