You should have got bolts and star washers. Call the vendor in which you bought it from and tell them to expedite those F%$#@%! pieces. I assume your pissed by all the caps.

Yep, you should have the bolts in the Hurst box. IIRC they are wadded up in a bubble wrap. Make sure you didnt accidently throw them out with the packing material. You cant miss them because they are black allen bolts and they are heavy.
