Default Wind stopper for opened side windows in coupe?

is there anything out there that you could fit above side windows and it would actually allow you to drive
at high speed with both windows opened without that annoying ears-breaking wind sound?

Im pretty sure I must have seen it somewhere here but cant find it

its called side window deflectors
