Hey all:

I've decided to keep my LL GT as "old school" as possible. With this said, I've added the pony corral around the "grill pony" and would like your opinions on the extra chrome around the fog lights.

No chrome or chrome around the fog lights. And why. I really appreciate feedback.

i prefer the "no chrome" look, but i think it will be up to personal preference. Without the chrome its not as busy in the front. Im reffering to just the chrome around the fog lights, as the chrome around the pony, or the corral looks nice!

I say no chrome. I dont like to much of one thing in one area. It looks crowded. Just my opinion. The fog lights and the pony looks good as is.

No chrome. I think it attracts too much attention to the grill and away from the rest of the front of the car. I like the pony corral though, subtle, but you know it's there.

I vote for NO CHROME RINGS.

I think the Mustang on the grill and the fogs look like they're "floating" in the first picture. In the second pic, things just get too busy. However, my opinion is only worth what you paid for it.

Starman - I also installed the pony corral on my '05 GT without the bezels for the fog lights. I think you might need to modify the pony corral if you intend to add the bezels, i.e. you might have to shave down the ends of the pony corral to permit the bezels to fit properly. That's one reason I did not add the bezels, because I'm sure I would have messed up the corral. That said, it appears the unanimous opinion is to forego the bezels and just go with the corral. I agree with the consensus.

I say no chrome.. the corral looks fine but for some reason with the bezels around the fogs it looks like your car has on glasses?
