Billet Grille Idea - Need Help!!

RE: Billet Grille Idea - Need Help!!
He doesn't want the fogs to show. I think there is plenty of room behind to mount them. Just take a few simple measurements. Will lose some light on obstruction but they are very bright anyway. If there's room I wouldn't hesitate. Either you or a metal shop should be able to fab up a set of mounting brackets mimicking the mounting that exists on the back of the OE grill. I don't see this as a big deal. Keep in mind that if you get a shop that makes up a quality bracket it would be a nice item on Ebay and you can recover some, all (and maybe more) of your cost. You could sell them unpainted and let folks paint or powdercoat as they wish. Note: the bracket has to be strong but not heavy and the lights can't be shaking under driving conditions so the design has to be light weight, efficient, inexpensive, etc. ...get what I mean?

Thanks Fairlane....Thats exactly what I'm thinking of doing. I'll take your advice and do the measurements first. I dont see why a set of slim fog lights woulnd fit behind that Billet grill either. And your right. they're bright enough to shine through it for a little functionality.
