The little red "lights" on the doors...
Are they like ***** on a bull? Just there for decoration? They dont actually seem to light up.

If you have your door open at night they are actually reflectors so people can see it open.

Most likely a European thing. They seem to place reflectors over every inch of a car over there.

Just reflectors. Most cars either have lights or reflectors or both on the doors.
