I was wondering if anyone made spray paint in the ford colors. I mean wouldn't it be a good idea for someone to do that considering the cost of getting someone to paint small things, like louvers, chin spoilers, headlight splitters, etc.. Probably a stupid idea that wouldnt work but interesting point (I thought), and something that may be cost cutting?

i scratched my cdc chin spoiler 2 days after install. i went to a automotive paint supply store near by. they can mix any color in a spray can for you. all you need is your paint code. i dont know if id paint a large peice like a trunk lid or what ever, but it was just thin thing to fix my spoiler. it cost about $11.oo for a can 12-14 oz. it had the clear mixed in also. look in the yellow pages under automotive paint.

sorry double post here, i used the left over paint to paint my valve covers. they tuned out nice.

Haven't needed it for my Mustang yet, but I bought a spray can from the Chrysler dealer for my wife's PT cruiser. I think it was less than $10. I have to think your dealer could do the same.
