I have a few comments.
I wouldn't do the tan stripes... that would look kinda funky to me. I drive an 05 Sonic Blue and have satin silver stripes personally.
I have not seen any tan topped vista/sonic blue verts in person... so i cant say anything about the combination, but i do like the tan interior with the blue colors (i have tan, i wish i would have gone with the gray though).

You could have a hard time getting stripes that will look right with a tan top. You may just want to keep it how it is. A stripeless stang looks good too!
