Its an aftermarket item that someone installs. I can't recall the name of the company but the top is smoked glass. I went for the au natural option.

Grasshopper's link is the one you were looking for.

It does need to be professionally installed. NOT by the dealer, by a sunroof only place. Ask for references from similar places like upholstery or other interior places. Maybe the local high end car dealer can give you a reference. The put these things in Beemers and Hummers, etc for dealers. I have an excellent referral in the phoenix area.

The name of the company who makes them is Inalpha.

I also have a sunroof. It is 100% awesome. Never a leak, absolutely NO NOISE when closed and less noise than the window when open. It keeps the car cooler when parked if you're ina safe area you can leave it vented and you do not have the super heated interior tha every other car has. Anyone who thinks it causes heat to build up in the car doesn't know what they're talking about.
PM me if you want more details.

P.S. I think the "glassbacks" make a beautiful Mustang look like a POS AMC Pacer fishbowl. They are NOT sunroofs. And if you ever wreck, You'll be picking glass out of your hair with your severed fingers and blind eyes for a year.

ORIGINAL: elektra

If you install a sunroof do you think that will take from the strenght of the body? I think it would be nice but I dont know about the integrity of the body.
It does not alter the structure, hence the integrity at all. it fits perfectly between the cross supports in the roof.
