Superchargers are good for 110 hp at the wheels on our car????

Good rule of thumb is ~6.8% crank hp increase with every psi of charge-cooled boost. so theoretically you could double your crank hp simply by turning up boost to 14.7 psi.

course they are limits on the stock internals, cooling capacity and other things.

the 110 hp claim I think comes from Vortech and assumes a relatively "safe" boost level and tune. you can always turn up the boost to make more power--just gotta be aware of the consequences.

With the shorty headers and the x-pipe, do you/can you retain the stock cats?

Yes... With FRPPs X-Pipe you cut out the h-pipe section and insert the x-pipe... The high-flow cats will probably only net me about 2-3 hp since I already have the x-pipe N/A and probably 5-7 when I put in the supercharger as the affects are more dramatic when you go FI... The other plus whith a supercharger is less heat buildup on exhaust side thanks to the better flow and we all know any heat is bad with FI...
