As of right now all four x-plans are spoken for from fellow forum members.I've contacted the first four to respond.If for some reason these members don't follow through with their purchases and one becomes available i'll go down the order in which I recieved emails and let anyon know who is looking for one that one is available.

Ah, the good ol' credit unions. My credit union's lowest for 4 years was 5.65, and that included a bunch of qualifiers which I wasn't willing to meet. But that rate was only slightly lower than what I got.
