I pay about $150 a mo for a 2 car policy (my mustang GT and my wifes car).

If you live in CA get a quote from Wawanesa in San Diego. They offer very good rates and great service; however, you pretty much need a perfect driving record. They are very selective about who they insure.

... and no I dont work for the company...

i am 28...

Ahhh that answers it. A lot of people don't seem to get that insurance prices WILL vary depending on company, state, and coverages.... That's still pretty good for 250 a month.

19 yrs old

mustang GT with State Farm $550 a month
i've tried to get lower rates with nearly 10 other companies

no wrecks and one speeding ticket
---it's pretty sick, my monthly car payment is much less

If you get a violation that is 1.5 points or less you can go to traffic school to erase 1 point (most typical violations are 1 point). You can only do this one time every 18 months though. So if you went to traffic school within 18 months of your current ticket you are out of luck.

I'm insured with Wawanesa myself and pay $50/month. Perfect record, two cars, 35 years old, pleasure miles.

I'm also insured with Wawanesa. I'm 28 and have a clean record. $500 deductibles and mostly 50/100 coverages. I'm paying $1100 / year. I'm also driving about 20k miles per year. They were the cheapest insurance I could find.
